1, Description:
ELT-TWIST Macrofiber concrete reinforcement is achieved by adding macrofibers with superior bonding properties to the concrete matrix.
The result is crack control and an extended service life of the concrete. Synthetic macrofibers are manufactured from a proprietary blend
of polypropylene resins, in compliance with ASTM C 1116/C 1116M. They are specifically engineered for use as shrinkage and temperature
(secondary) reinforcement and provide excellent plastic shrinkage control and reduced settlement cracking.
PMFT-A: 100% Twist Fiber PMFT-B: Hybrid(PP Twist Fiber Mix with PP Fibrillated Fiber)
ELT-Twist is actually a Hybrid of two fibers:A standard fibrillated polypropylene fiber to reduce and control shrinkage and temperature cracking.
A twisted-bundle monofilament fiber made of a strong synthetic copolymer, to increase load-transfer and post-crack performance.

5, Applying Instruction:
Directions for Use
ELT-TWIST fibers can be added to the concrete mixture at any time prior to placement of the concrete. It is generally recommended to
add any fiber material at the ready-mix concrete plant during batching. Fibers must be mixed with concrete for a minimum of three to five
minutes at maximum mixing speed, depending on the mixer type, to ensure complete dispersion and uniformity.
